New Update with optional argument: looping

Added a new optional argument and pushed the rest of the arguments down a slot.

New optional argument  "loops" the position instead of clamping.  So if you pass a position of 1, it will be interpreted as a position of 0.  This is useful for having looping twerps such as continuously rotating a sprite with an in/out interpolation curve.
