Version 2.2 released: HTML5 Smooth Transitions!
Thanks to KeeVee Games (https://musnik.itch.io/), I've been able to implement some changes into Retro Palette Swapper to support smooth transitions on HTML5. I suspect this change will enable this feature on all platforms, but I haven't tested it personally. Upgrading should be relatively painless. The only real change was in the shaders themselves, so updating the shader files with the latest version (while maintaining any custom values you've set up in their, obviously) should be everything you need to unlock this capability.
I also removed the "depth swapping" objects and script from the example project. I reviewed how I was doing things, and... I just can't recommend using this approach moving forward. Still there in older versions, but I recommend using a different method to approach swapping on a range of layers or depths.
Give it a shot, and let me know if you have any issues. I've left 2.1.1 up for download in case you need to roll back to an older version.
