Getting ready for 1.0
Release approaches!
I've been fixing bugs, adding features, and building out a more impressive demo app; both as a smoke test for all the features, and as a stress test that I'm hoping to get running on Console exports to confirm compatibility (if you have access to a console export and would be willing to try out the demo project for me, hit me up on Discord. I would really appreciate it!)
Newest features are some what related. First: in page-page break. Allowing you to wait at any point as a textbox is typing out for the player to press a button before that page will continue to type.
The second is an Auto Page Advance delay. This is a property of a style, so it can be changed anywhere in your string. It allows you to set a delay before the page will automatically advance to the next. You could set it very low so that there are only a few frames after the text finishes before the page automatically advances. You could make it a few seconds. It's totally up to you.
The last thing I'm working on are Default Styles on a per textbox basis (not having this has been driving me crazy as I've been working on the demo project).
Beyond that, I think it's all supplementary and support work. Doing another pass on the documentation, renaming stuff in Scripture so your intellisense isn't polluted with internal scripture variables and building some print out cheat sheets for in line styling, maybe record a little tutorial / getting started guide for Youtube.
I'm very much looking forward to seeing what people think about Scripture and excited to see what you do with it!
